Royalty Consultancy

 

Our royalty support services are primarily aimed at Producers acting as the Disbursement Agent on their films and include:

• Assisting producers set-up and manage Investor reporting of recoupments and profits in accordance with Investment Agreements.

• Support with capture & storage of PIA & quarterly Distributor Reports to enable calculations & reporting.

• Trust Account Facility for Payment Processing where required

• Liaison with your Finance Team/Accountant on all relevant accounting and legislative compliance.

• Advice & support on production company set-up. 

• Advice & supprt services on financing of productions, with relevant expertise on rebate applications and structuring.

  • Distributor reporting tracking, ensuring sales reports are received within the relevant timeframes

  • Query management on all back-end related issues with investors, agents and performers/wrtiers.

  • Compliance reviews of distributor marketing cost claims if required
